Welcome! I’m Michelle Burke, owner and curator of Blooms, Boards & Bevies, a luxury mobile event experience inspired by my Italian heritage, my deep love for entertaining, and the joy of curating unforgettable moments.
As a proud Italian-American and mom of four beautiful daughters, food and celebration have always been central to my life. Growing up, antipasto wasn’t just a dish, it was a lifestyle. Long before the word “charcuterie” became trendy, we gathered around boards filled with meats, cheeses, olives, and breads. It’s in my blood, we just called it something different.
After years of hosting and designing events for my daughters, I knew it was time to share this passion with others. And so, Blooms, Boards & Bevies was born, a place where beauty, flavor, and interaction come together in a truly unique way.
